Delivery Information:-

Our shipping charges based on product weight when you order with us. A flat rate will be applied based on weight.The total shipping cost will be shown on the checkout page.

All our deliveries fulfilled by MYHERMES , Royal mail, UPS,DHL,FEDEX which is best suitable for delivery in UK or overseas.

We have following delivery options

  • FREE UK Delivery 2-4 working days upto 1kg.
  • Next day delivery up to 1kg £5.99 (order before 13:00 pm Monday to Friday)
  • European Delivery £9.99 up to 1kg (2- 3 working days).
  • Express European Delivery £15 up to 1kg (1-2 working days, order before 13:00 pm UK time Monday to Friday)
  • International Delivery £17 up to 1kg (6-9 working days).
  • International Express Delivery £24 up to 1kg (3-5 working days, order before 13:00 pm UK time Monday to Friday).
  • USA Express Delivery £15 up to 1kg (1-2 working days, order before 13:00 pm Monday to Friday).
  • Free delivery when spending over £60. (UK only). The Discount off the free delivery will be taken off in your checkout bag.

You will receive an email after your order has been despatched including a tracking number.

Payment methods 

You can only pay for Products using a debit card or credit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Mastacard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, American Express, Elavon, Discover, JCB, Giro Pay, Diners Club, SoFort) including Paypal (please see for information on Paypal payments).

Return and Refund Policy

1 If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. 

2 You may cancel your order from the date you receive the Dispatch Confirmation. If the Products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 14 days in which you may cancel, starting from the day you receive the Products.

3 To cancel an order, please fill the form by visiting in our contact & customer services page or to  or by sending a letter to LocoMe LTD Unit 2 Andrea Buildings 99-101 Humberstone Road Leicester LE5 3AN. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the e-mail or posted the letter to us. 

4 You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. If you returned the Products to us because they were faulty or mis-described.

5 If you have returned the Products to us under this clause because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

6 We shall refund the money to you on the credit card or debit card & Paypal account used for the purchase.

7 When returning Products that have been delivered to you:

  -you must return the Products to us as soon as reasonably practicable.

-you have a legal obligation to keep the Products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. 

-Please note that returns will be refused where tags and labels have been removed from the product.

8 As a consumer, you will always have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by the returns policy. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. 

9 For reasons of the health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery and underwear. In addition swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed.
